  1. Service Agreement:
    Once a booking is confirmed, a formal agreement (written or verbal) is considered in effect between Nishi Hospitality and the client.

     

  2. Payment Terms:
    A booking deposit (typically 50% of the estimated bill) is required to confirm the event. The remaining balance is payable before or on the day of the event unless agreed otherwise.

     

  3. Menu & Guest Count:
    Final guest count and menu confirmation must be provided at least 5 working days before the event. Changes may affect overall costs and availability.

     

  4. Event Logistics:
    Clients are responsible for ensuring that the event venue has the necessary permissions, infrastructure, and facilities required for us to provide our services.

     

  5. Liability:
    We are not liable for any damage, delay, or cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, natural disasters, or acts of God.

     

  6. Intellectual Property:
    All content on this website is the property of Nishi Hospitality. Reproduction or use without written permission is prohibited.

     

  7. Right to Refuse:
    We reserve the right to refuse service in cases of abusive behavior, unsafe working conditions, or non-compliance with these terms.
