We understand that plans may change. Below is our policy regarding cancellations and refunds:

  1. Event Cancellations:
  • More than 7 days in advance: 80% of the booking amount will be refunded.

  • 3 to 7 days before the event: 50% refund of the booking amount.

  • Less than 3 days before the event: No refund applicable, but partial service rescheduling may be possible.

  1. Rescheduling:
    You may reschedule the event date once at no additional cost if informed at least 5 days prior. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

  2. Force Majeure:
    In the case of natural calamities, government restrictions, or events beyond our control, refunds or credits will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

  3. Refund Process:
    Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days via the original payment method.
